1. What types of soccer jerseys do you offer?
At Gogoalshop, we provide a wide selection of affordable, good-quality soccer jerseys inspired by top clubs and national teams, such as Manchester United, Barcelona, Argentina, France, and more. Our collection includes both player-style and casual fan-friendly versions.

2. How can I request a refund or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@gogoalshop.gr with your order number and reason. Our team will respond promptly and provide return instructions.

3. What are the return and exchange conditions?

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

  • Customized jerseys are only returnable if they arrive damaged or with a defect.

4. Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or provider.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If there’s a problem with your order, email us at info@gogoalshop.gr within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are accepted. Please contact us first. A $15 shipping fee per jersey may apply for the replacement, along with any additional costs for custom details.

8. Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request cancellation by emailing us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.

9. What shipping options do you offer?

  • Standard Shipping: Free | Delivery: 13–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: $25 | Delivery: 5–12 business days
    Processing time for all orders is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

10. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 45 days of placing your order. For other issues, reach out within 90 days.
